Ravens RB situation

As a long time Baltimore sports fan, I cannot understand why the Ravens continue to POUND Jamal Lewis up the middle. I would like to see the coach call some swing passes and pitch outs for the big guy. Also, lets see more of Anderson and Smith. Yes, I know that Anderson Fumbled and Smith was injured, but why have we not seen much of them until now? To advance in the playoffs all you need to do is look at the teams who succeed. They run the Ball..specifically the Patriots with Dillon and Maroney.
